Plaintiffs request for two fed eral grand jury complaints, 98 , is DENIED; there is no authority for such a request. Plaintiff may, in a properly-filed motion supported with a letter from plaintiffs treating psychiatrist (currently identified as Dr. La Tess, 97 at 2), request a limited stay of this action for the purpose of permitting plaintiff to focus on his mental health treatment; such request shall identify the requested length of stay and supporting rationale.
