GREEN, Defendant. 16 17 On June 17, 2015, plaintiff filed a request for reconsideration of the magistrate judge’s 18 order filed June 8, 2015, denying appointment of counsel. (ECF No. 53.) Pursuant to E.D. Local 19 Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders shall be upheld unless “clearly erroneous or contrary to 20 law.” Upon review of the entire file, the court finds that it does not appear that the magistrate 21 judge’s ruling was clearly erroneous or contrary to law. 22 Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the order of the 23 magistrate judge filed June 8, 2015, is affirmed. 24 DATED: July 9, 2015 25 /s/ John A.
