The parties stipulate to extend Defendants’ deadline to file a reply in support of

Defendants’ cross-motion for summary judgment by one week. On December 10, 2013, Plaintiff

filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. (ECF No. 16.) On January 21, 2014, Defendants filed

an Opposition and Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment. (ECF No. 20.) On February 11, 2014,

Plaintiff filed an Opposition to Defendants’ Cross-Motion. (ECF No. 23.) Defendants’ Reply is

due by February 25, 2014. The extension is necessary because Defendants’ counsel has been
4

working on several other matters and has been unable to complete their Reply for filing by
today’s deadline.
Accordingly, the parties stipulate to extend Defendants’ reply deadline from February 25,
2014, to March 4, 2014.
