On December 10, 2013, Plaintiff 28 filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. (ECF No. 16.) On January 21, 2014, Defendants filed 1 1 an Opposition and Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment. (ECF No. 20.) On February 11, 2014, 2 Plaintiff filed an Opposition to Defendants’ Cross-Motion. (ECF No. 23.) Defendants’ Reply is 3 due by February 25, 2014. The extension is necessary because Defendants’ counsel has been 4 5 6 7 8 working on several other matters and has been unable to complete their Reply for filing by today’s deadline.
