SERVICE OF PROCESS 23 All named Defendants have been served and no further service 24 is permitted without leave of court, good cause having been 25 shown. 26 II. 27 No joinder of parties or amendments to pleadings is 28 ADDITIONAL PARTIES/AMENDMENTS/PLEADINGS permitted without leave of court, good cause having been shown. 1 1 III. JURISDICTION/VENUE 2 Jurisdiction is predicated upon 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332(d), 3 1441(b) and 1446. Jurisdiction and venue are not contested. 4 IV.
