If a proposed consent decree is 12 lodged on or before May 30, 2014, the stay will be extended automatically through 13 entry of the decree or until such time as the Court orders that the stay be lifted. If a 14 proposed consent decree is not lodged on or before May 30, 2014, the stay will lift 15 automatically as of June 1, 2014. 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 IT IS SO ORDERED. Dated: May 2, 2014
