STIPULATION FURTHER EXTENDING TIME TO RESPOND TO AGT'S FIRST DOCUMENT REQUEST

The parties have agreed to this extension in consideration, among other things, of the

fact that the parties are, as permitted by the Court’s order of November 27, 2013, to file an
3
Amended Joint Status Report by January 27, 2014, further attempting to negotiate a stipulated
4
protective order in connection with pending disputed issues concerning plaintiff's document
5
requests to defendant AGT, and there have been recent amendments to the pleadings, all of
6
which may affect the responses.

There has been three previous stipulated extensions of a total of fifty-one (51) days.
