On January 29, 2014, this Court issued an order (“Order”) granting Defendants’, California

Bureau of Private Post Secondary Education, California Department of Consumer Affairs, Connie
3
Bouvia, Laura Metune, Julissa Silva-Garcia, and Russ Heimerich (“State Defendants”), Motion to
4
Dismiss, with leave to amend, ECF No. 28. See ECF No. 90. The Order provided that, if
5
Plaintiff, Xanthi Gionis (“Plaintiff”), did not file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days of
6
the Order, the causes of action against State Defendants would be dismissed with prejudice ECF
7
No. 90. Thirty (30) days expired on February 28, 2014. Thereafter, on March 4, 2014, the Court
8
dismissed Plaintiff’s claims against State Defendant with prejudice. ECF No. 97.
9
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff takes nothing by
10
way of her Complaint against State Defendants, that State Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss is
11
granted with prejudice and that judgment be entered on behalf of State Defendants against
12
Plaintiff.
