(Docket No. 21). 5 Plaintiffs have agreed to dismiss this entire action with prejudice as to defendants 6 City of Vallejo, Robert Nichelini and Joseph Kreins in exchange for an agreement by 7 defendants City of Vallejo, Robert Nichelini and Joseph Kreins to waive their right to 8 recover litigation costs for the dismissed causes of action. 9 IT IS THEREFORE STIPULATED by and between all parties to this stipulation by 10 and through their respective attorneys of record that plaintiffs’ entire case shall be 11 dismissed with prejudice as to defendants City of Vallejo, Robert Nichelini and Joseph 12 Kreins. 13 IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED by and between all parties to this stipulation by 14 and through their respective attorneys of records that defendants City of Vallejo, Robert 15 Nichelini, and Joseph Kreins agree to waive their rights to recover litigation costs 16 against the plaintiffs as to the dismissed causes of actions. 17 Respectfully submitted, 18 19 DATED: January 6, 2015 20 21 /s/ Kelly J.
