The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate 19 Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On May 30, 2013, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein which 20 21 were served on petitioner and which contained notice to petitioner that any objections to the 22 findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. Petitioner has not filed 23 objections to the findings and recommendations. 24 ///// 25 ///// 26 ///// 27 ///// 28 ///// 1 1 The court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be 2 supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY 3 ORDERED that: 4 1. The findings and recommendations filed May 30, 2013, are adopted in full; 5 2. Petitioner’s application for writ of habeas corpus is dismissed for failure to exhaust 6 state court remedies. 7 3.
