On August 14, 2013, the Court entered an Order continuing the initial scheduling 6 conference, the Defendants’ motion for a hearing before a district court judge, Mr. Dinsmore’s motion to 7 intervene, and Mr. Dinsmore’s motion for a hearing before a district court judge from September 9, 2013 8 to September 23, 2013. 9 2. Counsel for Defendants has a scheduling conflict with an appellate oral argument in 10 Washington, D.C. on September 23, 2013. All counsel have conferred regarding alternative dates 11 available on the Court’s calendar, and have agreed to the rescheduling of the initial scheduling 12 conference and hearing on the pending motions to November 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. 13 3. The deadlines for filing oppositions to these motions (August 26, 2013), and replies, if any 14 (September 3, 2013) will remain unchanged. The deadline for filing status reports is changed to October 15 21, 2013. 16 4. Third Party Defendant Brent M. Ciurlino has not yet appeared.
