Attorney Herman Franck has filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. The government
advises that it does not oppose this motion.
The date for filing a status report has been extended until November 30, 2014, pending

the outcome of the status of counsel. The government respectfully requests an additional

extension, until January 30, 2015, for this same reason and to time for the parties to confer once
23
status of counsel is resolved.
