WHEREFORE, the parties have stipulated to an extension of time, through and including 9 10 July 24, 2015, for Third Party Defendants GOOGLE INC., KAISER PERMANENTE 11 VENTURES LLC and TEST AMERICA LABORATORIES, INC. to respond to the First 12 Amended Third Party Complaint filed by OAC, including answer or otherwise plead. The 13 purpose of this extension is to afford the parties additional time to meet and confer regarding 14 resolution of matters alleged in the First Amended Third Party Complaint and avoid unnecessary 15 motions. It is agreed by the parties that if the meet and confer process results in a Second 16 Amended Third Party Complaint, the parties will stipulate to filing of the agreed upon amended 17 pleading. This extension is for less than thirty (30) days.
