After consideration of the Parties’ Stipulation to Extend the Deadline to Conclude
Discovery, it is hereby ORDERED as follows:

The discovery deadline contained in the Order Granting Amended Stipulation to Extend

the Discovery and Dispositive Motions Deadline (Dkt. No. 106) is extended until March 1, 2016;
8
and all discovery shall be completed by March 1, 2016. In this context, “completed” means that
9
discovery shall have been conducted so that all depositions have been taken and any disputes
10
relative to discovery shall have been resolved by appropriate order if necessary and, where
11
discovery has been ordered, the order has been complied with.
