On January 28, 2015, the court ordered defendant Curren to show cause 19 why default should not be entered for his failure to file a timely response to the amended 20 complaint. (ECF No. 89.) 21 22 23 On January 30, 2015, defendant Curren filed a response to the order to show cause and an answer to plaintiff’s amended complaint. (ECF No. 90.)
