Petitioner Subsea Robotics, LP (“Subsea”) and Respondent Schilling Robotics, LLC

3 (“Schilling”) have jointly requested that the Court continue the hearing on Subsea’s Motion to
4 Confirm Arbitration Award, and have asked that the Court continue the deadline to submit an
5 updated status report in advance of that hearing. Subsea and Schilling are continuing their efforts to
6 resolve the outstanding disputes between them, and therefore request an additional three weeks in
7 the hopes that they can resolve those disputes.

Upon consideration of the parties’ joint request, and for good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY
