The 3 parties have agreed to reset the oral argument date because of miscommunication between the parties 4 regarding the availability of counsel for Plaintiff during the current hearing date of February 13, 5 2014. Counsel for Plaintiff has a previously scheduled family vacation during the current date of 6 February 13, 2014. Counsel for Defendants has a deposition on February 27, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., 7 but will be able to adjust the deposition schedule if this stipulation is granted.
