ECF Nos. 130 & 131. Good cause appearing, these 20 motions are granted. 21 Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that: 22 1. Plaintiff’s motion to modify the scheduling order, ECF No. 130, and defendants’ 23 24 25 26 27 28 motion to modify the scheduling order, ECF No. 131, are granted. 2. The deadline for completing discovery, including filing all motions to compel discovery, is extended to March 17, 2023. 3. The deadline for filing dispositive motions is extended to May 17, 2023.
