Plaintiff requests a copy of the docket and 20 this court’s screening order for the purpose of preparing his oppositions to the currently pending 21 motions to dismiss filed by defendants Crosson and Ditomas. For good cause shown, plaintiff’s 22 request is granted. 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 24 1. Plaintiff’s request for copies of court documents, ECF No. 78, is granted. 25 2.
