The parties, by their undersigned counsel, hereby recite and stipulate, subject to the
24 Court's approval as provided for herein, as follows:

The undersigned defense counsel states he needs more space than the applicable
27 ten-page limit for defendant's reply due November 18, 2014. The largest argument in the current
28 draft addresses each item in a list of factors on pages 9-10 of the Opposition. Although each

1 item in the list may occupy only a short phrase, defense counsel feels the need to address each
2 item with an explanation.

The current draft occupies 18 pages including the signature page. Defense counsel
4 has committed to reduce the length to 15 pages or less.
