Albert LLP, attorney for plaintiff, Anthony Spradlin, hereby stipulate to an additional two-week

extension for Defendant to respond to the complaint filed in this matter. The parties previously

6

stipulated to an initial extension of three weeks, and an additional extension is needed due to

7

plaintiff’s intent to file an amended complaint and to facilitate the parties’ early settlement

8

discussions. Defendant’s response is now due on December 27, 2013.
