v.
FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
RUTH RODRIGUEZ,
15
Defendant.
16
In this action, plaintiff complains about the actions of the manager of a mobile home park.
17
18
The complaint, however, does not allege a basis for subject matter jurisdiction in this court. By
19
order filed November 6, 2013, plaintiff was ordered to show cause why this action should not be
20
dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Plaintiff has not responded to the order to show
21
cause. There is no basis of subject matter jurisdiction evident in plaintiff’s pleadings.
22
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed.
23
These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge
24
assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within fourteen days
25
after being served with these findings and recommendations, any party may file written
26
objections with the court and serve a copy on all parties. Such a document should be captioned
27
“Objections to Magistrate Judge’s Findings and Recommendations.” Failure to file objections
