WHEREAS, on April 26, 2016, pursuant to a stipulation of the parties, the Court set

filing deadlines for Plaintiffs to refile their Consolidated Amended Shareholder Derivative

Complaint (the “Amended Complaint”) and for a briefing schedule for Defendants’ response to

the Amended Complaint (ECF No. 120);

WHEREAS, on April 28, 2016, Plaintiffs refiled their Amended Complaint (ECF No.
122);
WHEREAS, on June 10, 2016, Defendants moved to dismiss the Amended Complaint
(the “Motion to Dismiss”) (ECF No. 123);
WHEREAS, on June 14, 2016, the Court entered a minute order resetting the hearing on
Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss for November 4, 2016 (ECF No. 126); and
WHEREAS counsel for Plaintiffs and Defendants have agreed to amend the briefing
schedule in light of the new hearing date;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between
the Plaintiffs and Defendants, by and through their undersigned counsel, as follows:

Plaintiffs shall file and serve one opposition brief on or before September 9, 2016;

Defendants shall file and serve one reply brief on or before October 21, 2016.
