ORDER NORTH KERN STATE PRISON, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed a civil rights action pursuant to 42 17 18 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff has not, however, filed a fully completed application to proceed in forma 19 pauperis or paid the required filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. §§ 1914(a), 1915(a). Plaintiff will be 20 provided the opportunity to either submit a fully completed application to proceed in forma 21 pauperis or pay the filing fee. 22 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 23 1. Plaintiff shall submit, within thirty days from the date of this order, a completed 24 request to proceed in forma pauperis on the form provided by the Clerk of Court, or the 25 appropriate filing fee; plaintiff’s failure to comply with this order will result in a recommendation 26 that this action be dismissed; and 27 ///// 28 ///// 1 1 2.
