Plaintiff filed a “Notice of Settlement” on April 21,

2014,
in
which
she
states:
“the

settled. The Parties expect to file a stipulated request for
20
dismissal within the next 21 days.” (Notice of Settlement 1:19-
21
20, ECF No. 19.) Therefore, a dispositional document shall be
22
filed no later than May 12, 2014. Failure to respond by this
23
deadline may be construed as consent to dismissal of this action
24
without prejudice, and a dismissal order could be filed. See E.D.
25
Cal. R. 160(b) (“A failure to file dispositional papers on the
26
date prescribed by the Court may be grounds for sanctions.”).

Further, in light of the referenced settlement, the
