Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding without counsel in an action brought under 42

U.S.C. § 1983. On April 23, 2015, the court screened plaintiff’s amended complaint and found
19
service appropriate for defendants Guirbino and Sahota. That order gave plaintiff 30 days to
20
submit the documents necessary for service of process on defendants and warned plaintiff that
21
failure to comply with the order could result in dismissal of this case. The time for acting has
22
passed and plaintiff has failed to comply with or otherwise respond to the court’s order.1

Although it appears from the file that plaintiff’s copy of the order was returned, plaintiff
was properly served. It is the plaintiff’s responsibility to keep the court apprised of his current
address at all times. Pursuant to Local Rule 182(f), service of documents at the record address of
the party is fully effective.
