On November 11, 2014, defendant Connors filed a motion for summary judgment on
19
plaintiff’s excessive force claim pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff was granted an extension
20
of time until March 2, 2015 to file and serve his opposition. This deadline has passed, and
21
plaintiff has not opposed the motion.

Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within thirty days of the date of
23
this order, plaintiff shall file an opposition to the motion for summary judgment or a statement of
24
non-opposition. Failure to comply with this order will result in dismissal of this action pursuant
25
to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
