WHEREAS on December 17, 2013 Plaintiff ThermoGenesis Corporation (“Plaintiff”)

filed its Complaint for Patent Infringement (“Complaint”) against Defendant OriGen Biomedical,
3
Inc. (“Defendant”);
4
WHEREAS Defendant’s responsive pleading is currently due January 23, 2014;
5
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED between Plaintiff and Defendant, through their respective
6
7
counsel, pursuant to Local Rule 144 and Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b), that:
Defendant shall have an extension of approximately one month to file its responsive
8
pleading to the Complaint in order to better understand the position of each party and to enter a
9
period of discussion aimed at early resolution of the matter, if possible. Based on the foregoing,
10
the parties agree that Defendant’s will have until February 28, 2014 to file its answer or to
11
otherwise move in response to the complaint.
