(“Defendant”); 4 WHEREAS Defendant’s responsive pleading is currently due January 23, 2014; 5 IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED between Plaintiff and Defendant, through their respective 6 7 counsel, pursuant to Local Rule 144 and Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b), that: Defendant shall have an extension of approximately one month to file its responsive 8 pleading to the Complaint in order to better understand the position of each party and to enter a 9 period of discussion aimed at early resolution of the matter, if possible.
