BAILEY, JAMES GILLIS, and STEVEN EASON, Defendants. 19 ----oo0oo---- 20 21 In their Complaint, plaintiffs assert their second 22 claim for breach of contractual duty and third claim for breach 23 of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing against 24 all defendants. 25 Bruce H. Bailey, James Gillis, and Steven Eason, move to dismiss 26 those two claims. 27 of non-opposition, indicating that they intended to assert those 28 claims against only defendant Farmers Insurance Exchange and that (Docket No. 1.)
