SCOTT JOHNSON,

Plaintiff,

No. 2:14-cv-0279 TLN CKD
v.
ORDER
ANIL PATEL, et al.,
15
Defendants.
16
17
Plaintiff has filed two motions to enforce judgment. The applications are deficient. The
18
motions were improperly noticed for a date which is not on the court’s law and motion calendar.
19
In addition, the check box forms used by plaintiff in support of the application inconsistently state
20
that plaintiff seeks enforcement of a judgment and attachment of a third person. The forms also
21
incorrectly state that this court is not the court in which the money judgment was entered. The
22
forms also indicate that the judgment debtor has been examined within the past 120 days but do
23
not attach an affidavit showing good cause for another examination. Finally, no proposed order
24
was submitted to the court as required under the Local Rules.
