STIPULATION AND CORRECTED ORDER signed by Judge John A. Mendez on 12/30/2014 ORDERING 31 the Defendant approximately $164,020.00 in US Currency is the only named defendant; the only parties who have filed claims in this action are Brian Corry Robinson and Kimberly Santiago-Robinson; the parties to this Stipulation agree that this action against the defendant currency shall be DISMISSED with prejudice, pursuant to FRCP 41(a)(2); the parties are to bear their own costs and attorney fees; CE RTIFICATE OF REASONABLE CAUSE the action is DISMISSED with prejudice to FRCP 41(a)(2) and the United States shall take all reasonable steps to return the defendant currency to the claimants within 30 days; Based upon the allegations set forth in the Complaint for Forfeiture In Rem, and the Stipulation for Dismissal with prejudice filed herewith, the Court enters this Certificate of Reasonable Cause pursuant to 28:2465 that there was reasonable cause for the commencement of this forfeiture action.
