Plaintiff has filed a request for entry of default pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil

Procedure 55(a). He alleges that defendant has not complied with the order filed August 14,

2015, in which defendant was ordered respond to the complaint within thirty days (ECF No. 18).

ECF No. 20. Defendant’s response to the complaint was due by September 14, 2015.1 Defendant

timely answered the complaint on September 11, 2015. ECF No. 19.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff’s request for entry of default (ECF
