REGENTS, et al., Defendants. 16 17 18 19 Plaintiff is a prisoner who is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis. Plaintiff seeks relief pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On June 10, 2014, the court ordered the United States Marshal to serve the complaint on 20 defendants. Process directed to defendants Rashid, Stuber, and Modjtahedi was returned 21 unserved because “not at the given address.” Plaintiff must provide additional information to 22 serve these defendants. Plaintiff shall promptly seek such information through discovery, the 23 California Public Records Act, Calif. Gov’t. Code § 6250, et seq., or other means available to 24 plaintiff. If access to the required information is denied or unreasonably delayed, plaintiff may 25 seek judicial intervention. 26 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 27 1.
