This action came before the court on September 27, 2018, for hearing during the parties’

judgment debtor examination. (ECF No. 266.) Attorney Mark Serlin appeared on behalf of the

plaintiff. Attorney Mark Ellis appeared on behalf of the defendant.
Upon consideration of the arguments made at the hearing, and for the reasons set forth on

the record at that hearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. Defendant shall produce the Hartland Promissory Note to plaintiff on or before

October 2, 2018;
2. Defendant’s objection to the presence of Mr. Komski at the judgment debtor

examination is overruled; and
