Defendants.
16
On January 13, 2016, the assigned District Judge referred this matter to the undersigned
17
18
pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(21) because all defendants were proceeding pro se at that time.
19
(ECF No. 37.) On December 19, 2016, however, attorney Richard Morin appeared on behalf of
20
several defendants. (ECF No. 56.)
Because all defendants are no longer proceeding pro se, Local Rule 302(c)(21) no longer

applies and, accordingly, the case will be referred back to the assigned District Judge. Therefore,
23
all pretrial motions, other than discovery motions, should now be noticed for hearing before the
24
District Judge assigned to this action. The assigned magistrate judge shall continue to perform all
25
duties described in Local Rule 302(c)(1)-(20).
