STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR
EXTENSION OF TIME
Commissioner of Social Security,
17
Defendant
18
Plaintiff requests an extension of twenty-one (21) days for all deadlines in this
19
case. Plaintiff’s counsel asserts that his reply to Defendant’s opposition has become
20
more problematical than originally expected necessitating additional time to reply.
21
22
23
The parties request this extension in good faith, with no intent to prolong
proceedings unduly.
Defendant does not object to allowing Plaintiff the additional time to draft his
24
reply and, subject to the Court’s approval, stipulates to twenty-one (21) days extension of
25
time to file Plaintiff’s reply to Defendant’s opposition to Plaintiff’s motion for sentence
26
four remand in this action. Plaintiff’s reply is now due May 5, 2015. This is Plaintiff’s
27
first request for additional time.
