No. 2:14-cv-0853 KJN P
WIN, et al.,
Defendants.

Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant
18
19
to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff paid the filing fee. On June 25, 2014, the court granted plaintiff
20
sixty days to complete service of process.
On July 7, 2014, plaintiff filed a motion for a ten day extension of time to complete
21
22
service. The grounds of this request are that the summons issued by the Clerk of Court were
23
incorrect in that they did not reflect plaintiff’s correct address. On July 9, 2014, the Clerk of the
24
Court issued amended summons containing plaintiff’s correct address.
