Ratliff, 130 S.Ct. 2521 (2010). 24 The parties agree that an award of attorney’s fees in the amount of $3,800.00 shall be 25 26 awarded to Plaintiff and expenses of $2.80 for postage and $2.85 for online research. Total EAJA 27 fees and expenses equal $3,805.65. If it is determined Plaintiff’s EAJA fees are not subject to any 28 offset allowed under the Department of the Treasury’s Offset Program, then the check for EAJA Moon v. Colvin, 2:14-cv-00861- AC – Jt. Stip. Awarding EAJA 1 1 fees shall be made payable to Robert C. Weems, based upon Plaintiff’s assignment of these 2 amounts to Plaintiff’s attorney. The parties agree to costs of $400.00 for filing fees under 3 28 U.S. C.§ 1920. 4 5 Finally, the parties agree whether the check is made payable to Plaintiff, or to Robert C.
