AUSTIN, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 By motion signed August 13, 2017 and filed August 28, 2017, plaintiff seeks to compel 17 18 further discovery from defendant Kuersten. However, for the reasons stated in this court’s order 19 filed August 17, 2017, ECF No. 110, and defendants’ opposition to plaintiff’s motion, ECF No. 20 112, plaintiff’s motion is moot.
