KULKA, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant 18 to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff has consented to the jurisdiction of the undersigned. (ECF No. 4.) 19 On June 9, 2014, the undersigned denied plaintiff’s motions to proceed in forma pauperis 20 due to plaintiff’s status as a three strikes litigant under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g). (ECF No. 6.) On 21 July 24, 2014, the undersigned granted plaintiff thirty days to submit the filing fee. (ECF No. 8.) 22 In this order, the undersigned warned plaintiff that failure to comply with the order would result 23 in dismissal of this action. (Id.) 24 Thirty days passed and plaintiff did not submit the filing fee. Accordingly, IT IS 25 HEREBY ORDERED that this action is dismissed. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ.
