Samuel entered a notice of appearance on behalf 22 of plaintiff. (ECF No. 66.) As such, plaintiff is no longer proceeding without counsel. 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 24 1. Plaintiff’s substitution of counsel (ECF No. 66) is APPROVED. 25 2.
