Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment. The current deadline is April 9, 2015, and the
proposed new deadline will be April 23, 2015. This is Defendant’s second request for an
extension of time to respond to Plaintiff’s motion. Defendant respectfully requests this

additional time so that the parties may continue to discuss the terms of settlement.

The parties further stipulate that the Court’s Scheduling Order shall be modified

accordingly.
