Pursuant to Local Rules 143 and 144 all parties in the above-captioned action hereby stipulate and request that the Court extend the hearing date by 28-days and related briefing schedule for the motions filed on September 8, 2014 (Docket Numbers 13 and 16), as follows: 1. Opposition Briefs shall be filed on or before October 16, 2014; 2. Reply Briefs shall be filed on or before October 30, 2014; 3.
