This is an immigration case in which plaintiff has challenged the alleged delay in the
adjudication of his adjustment of status application by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration
Services (USCIS). Plaintiff was interviewed on December 2, 2014, in conjunction with the

application, and UCIS issued a request for evidence. A response to the request for evidence is
22
due February 24, 2015. Accordingly, the parties stipulate to extend the time for filing an answer
23
to March 24, 2015.
