Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding pro se, with a civil rights complaint pursuant to 42
18
U.S.C. § 1983. On March 9, 2015, plaintiff filed a motion for default judgment against
19
defendants, alleging that defendants failed to return waivers of service. However, the U.S.
20
Marshal filed defendants’ waiver of service on February 25, 2015, and defendants filed their
21
answer on March 4, 2015. Accordingly, plaintiff’s motion is denied.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff’s motion (ECF No. 25) is denied.
