Thirty days from the date of that order have now 19 passed, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint or otherwise responded to the court’s 20 order. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is dismissed without prejudice. 21 22 See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ.
