ORDER FEDERAL BUREAU OF PRISONS, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 Plaintiff, a federal prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed this civil rights action seeking 17 18 relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge 19 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On February 23, 2015, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 20 21 which contained notice to plaintiff that any objections were to be filed within fourteen days. 22 Plaintiff has not filed objections to the findings and recommendations. The court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be 23 24 supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY 25 ORDERED that: 26 //// 27 //// 28 //// 1 1 1. The findings and recommendations filed February 23, 2015, are adopted in full; and 2 2.
