Petitioner has consented to Magistrate Judge 17 jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c) and no other party has been served or appeared in the 18 action. Pending before the court is petitioner’s motion for an extension of time (Doc. 8) to file a 19 response to the court’s November 19, 2014, order to show cause. Good cause appearing therefor, 20 the request is granted.
