Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant

to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff consented to the jurisdiction of the undersigned. (ECF No. 5.)

By order filed December 12, 2014, plaintiff’s amended complaint was dismissed and
21
thirty days leave to file a second amended complaint was granted. The thirty day period has now

Although it appears from the file that plaintiff’s copy of the order was returned, plaintiff
