The parties hereby stipulate by counsel, that Plaintiff shall have an extension of time to

file Plaintiff’s opening brief, in accordance with the scheduling order.

Counsel for the Plaintiff has been ill and unable to complete the scheduled briefing.

Counsel is a solo practitioner, has a large caseload and no additional attorneys to help with this
20
caseload at this time. As a result, counsel for Plaintiff requires additional time to draft the
21
opening brief. Plaintiff requests an extension of time to August 21, 2015.
