(“Walmart”) and American International Industries (“AI,” 3 collectively “Defendants”) by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate as 4 follows: 5 6 WHEREAS, on October 19, 2017, Plaintiffs filed a Third Amended Complaint (Dkt. No. 117); 7 WHEREAS, on November 2, 2017, Defendants filed Answers and Counterclaims to 8 9 Plaintiffs’ Third Amended Complaint (Dkt.
